pandoras battery+magic ms for psp slim+light(battery 3.6v 1200mah)

i soon plan to do this to my psp so i can load on 3.80 m33 and perhaps time machine.
carful tho if u attempt this becuase cutting the wrong wire can destroy your battery and youll need to buy a new one. you must remember to make a magic memory stick when putting the battery in because cutting this wire disable the EEPROM and willl not have the start up instructions. once u cut that wire you wont be able to use that battery for normal use again unless u solder the wire back together

ps. dont get fooled by the vid.....the wire is sooooooo tiny when i looked at it i could not imagine how i would cut it with a knife w/o hitting other stuff on the circut board

this is softmoding so its easier than using some soft ware(although software is still needed for magic ms) but this is the only way u can make the pnadora battery on the new motherboard the ta-805 v2.....if u wanna know if u have on of these folo these steps

1) open umd slot
2) look at the green motherboard panelling on the top left and right sides of the slot
3)if its on right u dont have one u have v1 and can flash the EEPROM(easier)
4)if its on the right u need to soft mod ur psp cause u have the newer motherboard(new=bad)

*this doe not apply to slim-2000 versions because u cannot see motherboard in umd slot*

well this u can mess up your psp if you're not careful

nope its ompletely safe to the psp
it can destroy mem card and battery tho...
and if u screw up badly itll brick the psp and ull need another pandoras battery to unbrick it

i have successfully used this to put 3.71 m33 on my psp then updated 4 times to 3.71 m33-4

now currently running 3.90 m33 w/ skype and google maps

well this u can mess up your psp if you're not careful
